This is Queen. A female King Baboon Tarantula. One of my pictures. This is me holding a VERY aggressive spider!!! It is amazing that she sat still long enough to take a picture. Even more so that she did not bite me. Apparently she can be nice when she wants to. ( They are all prone to mood swing. Some species more so than others.)
This is Patch. My female Salmon Pink Birdeater. This, sadly, is my picture. Pretty crummy, huh?
This is Freebee. My Trinidad Chevron tarantula. Again, not my picture, but almost exactly the same. Just a little clearer. Mine had the same background and everything. The spider is even the same!
This is a picture of what my new baby White Striped Birdeater looks like. It is not my picture though. He is too fast for me to take a picture of currently.
This is not my photo either. I just needed one on the spur of the moment. I currently have 2 G.S.P's. ( Green Spotted Puffer )Spot, and Small Fry.
This is a general Tarantula care sheet. Check these off and look at them to see if you can meet the requirements that they need.

I recommend this site if you want to buy your own. - www.kenthebugguy.com
This is a store in Austin that is PERFECT for buying tarantulas. The name of the store is Zookeepers. They also sell more than just tarantulas. They have all kinds of exotic pets. Even a sloth. One of the people who work there is David. He knows LOTS of things about tarantulas. You can ask him questions if you go to the store. Here is the website - www.zookeeperexotics.com
For some good care sheets go here - www.petbugs.com
A very detailed and well written book that I highly recommend is The Tarantula Keeper's Guide.
